Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support recess and lunch time by providing quality coaching and training to students, coordinate with the Noon Duty Supervisors to create organized recess time for all students and grades at the school and train the Noon Duty Supervisors and student coaches to conduct a well-organized and playful recess time for all students at Martin Luther King Jr//Lafayette Elementary Schools, for the period of August 9, 2021 through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
