Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Whole Life Nutrition Consultants, Benicia, CA, for the latter to support central kitchen menu development; forecast needs and purchases on a quarterly, annual basis; support the implementation of the Farm to School Grant and Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program; collaborate around improved purchasing and tracking systems and provider related services, all as stated in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 15, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $71,400.00.
