Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Indi McCasey, Ithaca, NY, for the latter to enhance and support the increase arts learning in OUSD via the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Design Team strategies as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding with the Alameda County Office of Education, Legislative File No. 21-0040, Enactment No 21-0040, approved January 27, 2021 and as enumerated in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instructional Innovation Department, for the period of August 23, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
