Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Construction Trades Workforce Initiative, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Oakland Adult Career and Education and Construction Trades Workforce Initiative Math and Mechanical Test Preparation Program for the Union Construction Trades, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Adult Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
