Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Emaginin, Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide a school-based peer mentoring model through which high school students provide one-on-one mentoring to middle school students as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the High School Network, for the period of September 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
