Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and High Expectations, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an initial 3-day training session, so that participants: learn to support schools in implementing the Dual Capacity-Building Framework for Family-School Partnerships; work together to create a District family engagement action plan for supporting and evaluating family engagement practices in District schools; and learn to coach and support schools to engage families in ways that are linked to learning, culturally responsive, and asset based with expected outcomes as stated in Exhibit A, via the Office of Equity, for the period of September 1, 2021, through December 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $19,000.00.
