Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Mills College, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Visioning, Design and Planning; Teacher Community of Practice Sessions; Individualized Leadership Coaching and Teacher Stipends for District teachers of Long-Term Englisher Learners (LTELs), as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of October 12, 2021 through May 27, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $34,000.00.
