Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Wellness Together, Rocklin, CA, for the latter to provide a mental health consultant who will over a period of 30 weeks, provide 357 hours of Tier II intervention at Edna Brewer Middle School and 357 hours at Claremont Middle School, respectively, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 27, 2021, through May 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
