Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Debbra Lindo, Escondido, CA, for the latter to provide mentoring assistance and strategic thought partnership to District’s new High School Network Superintendent related to strategic priorities, problem solving, communication methods with Superintendent and Board, supports to District, schools and process management; support High School Network Superintendent’s Fall 2021 Rollout of Schools’ pandemic schools return to campus re-entry plans; collaborate on action and after-action items related to meetings and needs; technical support in development of overall design and strategy related to the Secondary Education short and long-term needs; develop strategy to build capacity of school leaders to implement data-driven cycles to monitor progress towards strategic plan goals; focus on monitoring progress toward attainment of planning related to the Four Pillars in the District’s new Strategic Plan; weekly check-ins, meetings and consultation/reflection on management-related to the High School Network’s duties, alignments, planning and responsibilities, via High School Network, for the period of September 1, 2021 through May 27, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00.
