Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and 14 Caliber LLC, Schaumburg, IL, for the latter to continue to provide marketing and brand support services to District’s Nutrition Services Department to successfully launch the Central Kitchen, Education Program and Instructional Farm and increase student participation in the District’s school meal program, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of October 11, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $63,900.00.
