Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Girls Inc of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to partner with the Expanded Learning Office to design a series of SIPPS (Systematic Instruction in Phonological Awareness, Phonics, and Sight Words) trainings for 45 Elementary school sites with comprehensive after-school programs, and incorporate planning and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 15, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
