Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Ready Set Zoom, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide tutoring services to identified K-3 students in the following subjects: English/Language Art, Early Literacy focusing on phonemic awareness, phonics and fluency, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Peralta Elementary School, for the period of November 15, 2021, through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
