Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Design For Equity LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to review, engage, evaluate current District Wellness Policy, Administrative Regulations, and associated activities and set forth findings and recommendations thereto, more formally as specified in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 16, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $36,850.00.
