Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Claremont Partners, Inc., Alameda, CA, for the latter to support the Health Benefits Governance Board (HBGB) Subcommittees in achieving its goals of establishing a fully integrated internal/external communications plan, leveraging internal resources and timing as well as external channels and research tools, more specifically described in Exhibit A, via the Risk Management Department, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $91,824.00.
