Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement by and between the District, on behalf of Oakland High School, McClymonds High School, Castlemont High School and MetWest High School, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Boston, MA, accepting $15,000.00 each for Oakland High, McClymonds, Castlemont and $10,000.00 for MetWest High School, for the latter to begin an improvement initiative (Postsecondary Access Equity Improvement Community Program) to support [school] communities serving Black, Latinx, first generation college-going students, and those students experiencing poverty in preparing to complete their secondary education and transition to postsecondary institutions, as described in Exhibit A - Statement of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of April 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022.
