Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Jacquelyn Byrd, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide reading intervention services to students who are two (2) or more years below grade level, using SiPPS (Systemic Instruction in Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, and Sight Words), to help both new and struggling readers K-12, build and develop skills the students need to become confident and fluent independent readers, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 23, 2021 through May 23, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
