Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Hanna Interpreting Services LLC, Spring Valley, CA, for the latter to continue to provide interpreting and document translations services to the consumer in their native language to better understand information in the Special Education Department, for the period of July 01, 2021 through July 31, 2022, in an additional amount of $76,700.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $96,700.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
