Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and The Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional contact tracers to ensure that all cases are traced within a 24-hour period, including support in the training and implementation of the District’s testing program and contacting families to interview and advise them about next steps in response to an exposure, and test distribution drivers to ensure that the correct variety and quantity of tests get delivered to the appropriate school sites for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $100,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $250,000.00 to $350,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
