Ratification by the Board of Education of Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter, upon request by the District, for the latter to provide student supervision services during the school day as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period January 26, 2022 through May 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
