Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), San Rafael, CA, for the latter to create an additional elective class - Job Readiness - that takes place two times a week, every Monday and Friday through in person sessions and to create and manage partnerships that enhance these skills and opportunities for students (i.e. Laney and Alameda Community Colleges), described in attached Exhibit A of the Agreement, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of December 30, 2021, through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $54,682.50.
