Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase services by six (6) hours per week of the Youth Beat Consultant @ KDOL digital arts specialist to run the multimedia pathway program, beginning January, 2022, as described in attached Exhibit A of Agreement, in the additional amount of $5,760.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Agreement from $20,000.00 to $25,760.00, for Community Day High School Students, for the period of September 6, 2021 through May 27, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
