Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide academic mentoring support 2 days a week to pathway students identified by teachers in the form of study skills, organizational and motivational support, as described in the Amended Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $35,000.00, for the period of August 16, 2021, through May 30, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
