Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Robert Dousa, San Anselmo, CA, for the latter during the month of March 2022, to provide up to 50 hours of technical support to prepare for and monitor student’s participation in the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS), as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of March 1, 2022 through May 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
