Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Diablo Ballet, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide dance programming to include learning and creating choreographed movement based on feelings and to teach students how to work with others in a creative capacity, and as further described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instruction Department, for the period of February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00.
