Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Junior Center of Art and Science, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to include all students as opposed to upper grades only, in the additional amount of $4,350.00 increasing the Agreement from $23,500.00 to an amount not to exceed $27,850.00 and extending the Agreement term from September 28, 2021 through May 20, 2022 to May 25, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
