Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Master Service Agreement by and between the District and Stericycle, Inc, Lake Forest, IL, for the latter to provide Biohazardous Regulated Medical Waste Disposal related to Covid-19 testing at school sites, is Amended as follows: 1. Section 3 - Pricing; is hereby amended as follows: a. Pricing cannot be discounted from the rate set forth in the Agreement within the first twelve (12) months after the Effective Date. 2. All other terms and provisions of the Agreement, except as modified and amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect. 3. All terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement, as amended.
