Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the Baby Learning Communities Collaborative Program which will provide school readiness playgroups for District students and their parents/caregivers in Pre-K thru 1st grades, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Fruitvale Elementary School, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of April 1, 2022 through May 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $18,460.57.
