Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Rachel-Anne Palacios, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide support for all students in TK-5th grade with an art lesson once a month, in the additional amount of $2,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $12,500.00, for the period of October 28, 2021, through May 25, 2022, at Bella Vista Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
