Approval by the Board of Education of an Interagency Agreement between the District and The Unity Council Children and Family Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to establish a framework for collaboration between the District and The Unity Council Children and Family Services Program to serve children with disabilities, ages 2.9 through 6, inclusive; and assure the delivery of services to young children with disabilities and their families is in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, as delineated in the Agreement, in conjunction with the Early Learning Department, for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024, at no cost to the District.
