Vendor will also stipend Oakland International High School students who get trained and certified to teach soccer to elementary and middle school students in OUSD Summer Learning Programs for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an additional amount of $27,092.00, increasing the MOU not-to-exceed amount from $167,479.00 to $194,571.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
