Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Oakland Reach, Oakland, CA, for the latter to build and support a coherent and systematic plan to provide access to high quality literacy tutoring to all students in TK-2 summer school classes (~900 students); provide professional development for all literacy tutors; create a streamlined and effective processes for recruiting, developing, and retaining high quality literacy tutors from the community, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period May 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $54,580.00.
