Ratification by the Board of Education of Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and FluentSeeds, Stillwater, MN, for the latter to train, coach and support tutors in the early literacy foundations of Vocabulary, Oral Language, Phonics, Phonemic Awareness and Sight Words in order to provide high quality small groups to all students in TK-2 summer school classes (~900 students), as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period May 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $9,500.00.
