Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and National Academy of Athletics, Santa Rosa, CA, for the latter to provide a Second recess coach to ensure a safe adult to student ratio, in the additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount of $27,000.00 to $52,000.00, as stated in Exhibit A for Agreement, at Markham Elementary School, for the period of September 27, 2021 through May 25, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
