Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Mind Growers, Claremont, CA, for the latter to provide an Adaptive Schools Foundation Seminar to develop collective identity and capacity as collaborators and inquirers, as further described in the Services Section, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount not to exceed $18,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $36,000.00 to $54,000.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from February 17, 2022, through May 25, 2022 to June 16, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
