Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and STAC Physical Therapy Emeryville, Inc., Emeryville, CA, for the latter to deliver direct physical therapy to students and focus on student access in their learning environment, including focusing on gross motor activities with the students, conduct evaluation in their learning environment, provide reports for Individualized Education Plans; initiate a treatment plan focused on the needs and goals of the student and incorporate it in the Individualized Education Plan, and attend meetings when required, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
