Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and CyraCom International, Inc., Tucson, AZ, for the latter to provide Over-The-Phone Interpretation (“OPI”) Services, available twenty-four (24) hours per day each calendar day for the term of this Agreement, for the languages listed in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 25, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $49,900.00.
