Ratification by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and the Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE), Hayward, CA, to enable ACOE and the District to work in implementing the Google UX/UI Certificate Course for high school students, as described in the Scope of Services of the MOU, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of April 28, 2022 through June 30, 2022, with ACOE paying District an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
