Ratification by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Baines Security Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide security and patrol roving services for security, fire and safety monitoring and reporting persons attempting to gain unauthorized access to the property under construction more specifically, Basic Services include all work described in the April 14, 2022 Proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $99,000.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $90,000.00, for Basic Services, and a not-to-exceed contingency fee of $9,000.00 for Additional Service, with work scheduled to commence on August 8, 2022, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2024.
