Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 between the District and Michael Smith, Moraga, CA, for the latter to provide legally mandated American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services for students with disabilities who are deaf or significantly hard of hearing that are called for in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for these students, via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 5, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $88,060.00.
