Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Soccer Without Borders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work in partnership with Expanded Learning Office to create an inclusive, youth-development-focused soccer program for District's newcomer elementary school students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period August 8, 2022 through May 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $80,300.00.
