Approval by the Board of Education of a Service Agreement by and between the District and New Leaders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional development for Elementary School Networks as follows: Breakthrough Leadership for Principals for principals in Networks #2 and #4, with whom New Leaders has not previously worked; and Coaching & Strategic Leadership Support for principals in Elementary Networks, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
