Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Rob Skate Academy, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to teach mindfulness through skateboarding and provide a safe and fun environment for youth to learn and grow through the art of skateboarding, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period August 24, 2022, through May 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $82,368.00.
