Ratification by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the Piedmont Unified School District (PUSD), Piedmont, CA and the District, for the latter to provide special education placement and/or services to a student resident in the Piedmont Unified School District, pursuant to terms and conditions of the MOU, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with the PUSD paying District $69,810.00 for said services, for the period of August 8, 2022 through July 7, 2023.
