Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Community Education Partnership, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide tutoring for 50-100 McKinney-Vento students and academic support groups in the City of Oakland Family Shelters for OUSD students currently being sheltered, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 22, 2022 through May 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
