Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a variety of mentoring services to target student population - Title I, Latino, African American and second language students - in the form of Social Skills Lesson, Leadership Program, Mentoring, Professional Development and Organized Recess, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 8, 2022 through May 25, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $38,000.00.
