Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Benjamin Knowles, Oakland, CA, for the latter to create supplemental materials for designated ELD curriculum to support English Learners and Long-Term English Learners, in particular, in accessing the adopted EL Ed ELA curriculum in grades 6-8 in the District, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via the English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of September 10, 2022 through October 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $5,500.00.
