Approval by the Board of Education of the District’s Application/Proposal for Workability 1 Grant (Project No. 088-03) to the California Department of Education, Special Education Division, in the amount of $318,420.00 for fiscal year 2022-2023; and if awarded, in whole or in part, delegation by the Board of Education of authority to the Superintendent to sign the Grant Award Notification (and related documents) accepting the Grant and its associated conditions on behalf of the District; and direction by the Board of Education to the Superintendent or designee to add the signed Grant Award Notification (and related documents, as appropriate) to this legislative file, for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, if any.
