Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Quetzal Education Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Professional Development (PD) on the Commodification, Control, Codification and Cultural Appropriation (the Four Cs) of Anti-Blackness or Antiracism in Education, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Office of Equity, for the period of October 3, 2022 through May 3, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $18,500.00.
