Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Bay Area Video Coalition, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to facilitate a series of filmmaking classes throughout each semester, for an average of 20 hours/month over the course of the year, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Urban Promise Academy, for the period of August 8, 2022 through May 25, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
