Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and FoodCorps, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide partnership with 12 FoodCorps Service Members who will serve 20 Title 1 Elementary schools and centralized programming and supports at The Central Kitchen, Education Center and Instructional Garden and Farm, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 8, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00.
